Tanja is a Junior Project Manager supporting the delivery of multi-site programmes across SW Project Management’s client portfolio. She holds the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) and APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ).
She brings over five years’ experience from operational, event, and client-facing environments, with strong capability in planning, coordination, and stakeholder management. Tanja has supported complex logistics and large-scale delivery activity, applying structured programme coordination, resource management, and progress monitoring.
Her proactive, detail-focused approach supports quality assurance, clear communication, and efficient delivery, contributing to consistent outcomes and value for money across live projects.
Tanja enjoys the variety project management offers, and is passionate about turning plans into action to deliver high-quality results. Away from the day-to-day of project delivery, she enjoys keeping active, getting outdoors and discovering new places.
