Katy oversees financial planning, cashflow management, compliance, and commercial risk, giving clients confidence that their investment is managed transparently and responsibly.
Her leadership reduces commercial risk, supports cost certainty, and ensures SWPM operates with the resilience and stability required to support complex, multi-project programmes.
Away from managing the day to day, Katy balances her professional responsibilities with family life. She has children and enjoys spending her free time creating artwork for her home and taking on interior design and decoration projects—interests that reflect her creativity, attention to detail, and pride in building well-considered spaces.
