Jack has over 10 years’ experience delivering complex projects within live operational environments, supported by 12 years’ service in the UK Armed Forces managing high-risk, time-critical programmes.
He has led infrastructure, maintenance, and refurbishment works within fully operational facilities, coordinating multiple stakeholders to maintain safety, compliance, and operational continuity. Jack brings strong capability in programme-level cost control, risk and change management, and the delivery of repeat works packages to consistent standards.
His disciplined, commercially focused approach ensures efficient sequencing, clear governance, and minimal disruption, making him particularly effective in fast-paced, live estate environments.
When he’s not managing programmes, Jack can usually be found ferrying his children to sporting activities, keeping up his gym routine, or enjoying good food-sometimes all in the same day.
